Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) customer advisory

Please be advised that in light of the outbreak of the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), we will continue to remain open for business.

We are closely following the government’s advice and should it become necessary to close our offices, all our staff will be working from home including our brokers, who will be offering an online mortgage advisor service via phone, email and video call to help our customers get the advice they need.

As we are reliant on a number of third parties to complete the mortgage process including; lenders, solicitors and surveyors, our turnaround time may be slightly longer than normal. However, we will as always, continue to keep our clients regularly updated on their progress of their applications.
